I called these guys because their website says they have been in business for 36 years, so I figured they would know what they were doing - wrong! This company is a total rip-off! When they arrived, I showed them my pump and explained that is would hum, but wouldn't start. I asked if the startup capacitor would cause this. I put a screwdriver on the end of the pump motor shaft and turned it for the technician. I said,"It seems to spin freely, but I really know nothing about well pumps and motors." The tech did not even inspect my motor other than to stand next to it and say, "Your system is froze-up and needs replacing." I deferred to their expertise and had the pump and motor assembly replaced to the tune of $675.00. After they finished and left I then took the old pump and motor assembly to my workbench. When I turned the motor shaft with my screwdriver I could hear the pump gurgle, so I knew it wasn't froze-up. I opened the control box, identified the startup capacitor, and ordered a replacement - total cost: $12.99. When I installed the new capacitor the motor immediately started and ran perfectly. I did this in 15 minutes and I know nothing about well pumps and motors. Bottom line: With 36 years of experience these people are either completely stupid, or total assholes for charging me $675.00 instead of replacing a $12.99 startup capacitor.

These guys are no-nonsense experts who do the job right and don't try and trick you with a lowball quote on your job, only to add in a bunch of charges later on.
