This is the first we are finding out of Mr. Goeb's chipping & peeling problem. All work we perform is guaranteed for 7 years. So it can easily be repaired given the opportunity. The contract for yearly maintenance and pressure washing was written under this specific format. 1st year, Pressure clean all exterior concrete, pool deck & cage plus the house exterior for $425.00 , repeat year 2, the 3rd year if Mr. Goeb participated in years 1 & 2 he received a free process of pressure cleaning at no cost. This was explained verbatim to him repeatedly. Mr. Goeb also agreed to using our stock material color, which was a very close match to the color he originally selected, prior to start. He agreed, because he received a discounted price if he went with this particular option. It is unfortunate that Mr. Goeb is disgruntled. Regal Painting strives for our customers happiness, but when customer happiness is predicated on unrealistic expectations it becomes rather difficult to achieve. Our pressure cleaning service contract offer still exists with Mr. Goeb, if he wishes to exercise the repeatedly clearly stated option(s). And given the opportunity, we would also like to address Mr. Goeb's peeling issue. We will be contacting him very shortly to address his written concerns.
