Our grass was installed on August 16, 2016 & on Sept 7 I called about how the grass was coming up brown & with weeds. John came to look at the grass said he would send someone to spray it & that he would make it right! John told me he would send someone to spray it & if it didn't come good he would replace it! He came to look at it & said he would only replace part of it & marked it but I told him everything he did I want it replaced with good grass! He would send someone the next week to replace it & no one ever showed up! I called him twice after that & tweeted him & still no response back! Some of the grass came back but 3/4 is still weeds & still we haven't heard from him! My experience with his John's Company is terrible & my grass in the front looks terrible! Would not recommend that Company not even to cover a dump with his product!
