The work was completed the way that was said with no surprises, I would highly recommend Property Services GC to anyone that needs work done at a fair price excellent job done.
We had to get a bathroom remodeled for accessibility quickly. The crew of Property Services completed the job on time.
They had an eye for detail and made suggestions for the job that we didn't even think of. They were very professional and courteous.
I purposefully let a period of time pass before leaving this review. Often times upon first review and the excitement of having a completed project, we have a tendency to over-rate the work and then find problems later. Now, after using the new addition for a few months, I would say that my expectations have been met. I believe it is well built and will stand the test of time. In particular, I found the design department to be exceptional. They took our rough design and brought it to the next level. I really like how the new addition blends perfectly with the original house, it is as if it were always there! Steve was very professional in handling our many questions and concerns, I would recommend his services to others. The only concern I had was what seemed to be a breakdown in communication to the sub-contractors. As homeowners, we had to step in a number of times when the workers were doing something differently than what had been discussed with Steve.
