She told me that "getting "paid" would be a nightmare because quite frankly when someone is on hospice they usually die before the insurance company can get the payment back to the funeral home" after I picked my mouth up off the floor, I told her that we were interested in prepaying for the services because I'm and only child and did not want to worry with it when the time came to lay mom to rest. She informed me that I could come in, and she would be glad to talk with me but she could not set up a pre arrangement contract at this time... because that would mean locking in the pricing... What kind of.... If your loved one is on hospice care do not all these people. Dignity Memorial is a better choice!
