House of Light Yoga is the inspiration of two women who found each other on the yogic path. From their start in a one room studio, to the glorious space it now inhabits, House of Light Yoga has spread yoga throughout the community. Our includes recovery groups, rehabilitation centers, the community college and the Sheriff's department. We are proud to be an active, thriving member of Hernando County. It is within the house that light is cultivated, fertilized, and grown. From there, light shines outward to touch all it reaches. We're glad you're here.
