Lotus School is an educational institution that is governed by Fox Lake Grade School District 114. The school educates more than 630 students in prekindergarten through grade five. It provides Title 1, English as a Second Language, accelerated reader, reading recovery and special education programs. The school also conducts Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E) classes. Lotus School operates a parent-teacher association that sponsors various school events and activities. The school supports a range of enrichment activities that includes basketball, gymnastics, music and physical education classes. The school also operates after-school and art clubs.
