We communicated by email regarding a spyder and obtained a written price and confirmed by phone prior to going as it was over a 2 hour trip to get there....the deal was made and upon setting up financing they told us that they "made a mistake" in the price and it would be over $2,000 more if we wanted it....they should have made it right and did not....we walked out and will make sure not to do business with them moving forward
