Bean Elementary School is a coeducational, public school that is a part of the Western School District, which operates more than five elementary, middle and high schools with a combined enrollment of over 2,100 students. The school maintains a library media center that offers a collection of approximately 5,000 books on various topics, including animals, biographies, mysteries, fantasies, adventures and humor. Bean Elementary School offers academic programs to students in kindergarten through grade five and is located in Spring Arbor, Mich. It also provides transportation, health care and meal services to students. The school s core curriculum includes math, science, social studies, English and physical education.
