      BEWARE!!!

      I wouldn't even give it a one star! I went through this car wash on their deal day (Wed). As everyone else i waited my turn in line. Finally it was my turn to go in. Just before I was told to put my van into neutral. A young kid stopped the car wash twice in front of me while there was a truck "going through it". Little did i know that the truck in fact was don't going at all and somehow came off the tracks and wasn't moving!!! As i was in neutral going through the car wash I noticed that the white truck in front of me wasn't moving and i was getting closer and closer little by little! I bumped his truck several times because he was off the tracks. Making me go off as well. I basically was pushing his truck out with my mini van Through the car wash. I had the BIGGEST panic attack of my life! I kept bumping him over and over. (By the way the sides of my van are getting scratched and dented up due to me bumping the truck that wasn't place on the line properly!) Finally the truck put it in "drive" and pulled out of the carwash through the middle of the rinse cycle. Both the man and i assessed the damages made to my van. The van was dented in the front due to me bumping his hitch over and over and the sides of my van got scratched up. He and I went in to report the damage of course there was no manager there to hear what happened

      Called back for several weeks trying to get ahold of someone to figure out why and how this could happen? What they are going to do about the damages?

      3 weeks later we get a call basically saying that it's not there fault? REALLY?!? Crazy people! my van was scratch free and now dented up and its not their fault. Im pretty sure if you dont load the cars on properly it's there fault.



      PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS CAR-WASH, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR SCRATCHED AND DENTED UP!!!!!!! STAY AWAY~~~
