      I started in home financing in January 2003, working as my husband Steves assistant. I quickly realized how rewarding it is to help a first-time homebuyer purchase their first home, assist a client with refinancing to save money, or make a persons dream vacation home or planned investment property a reality! No matter the loan, its an honor to be a part of my clients lives.I give 150% to every client. Im a hands-on originator, and will be fully engaged with your mortgage from our first conversation to closing and beyond. We will discuss your financial goals to make sure the financing youre receiving matches your specific situation. Ill work with my team to limit the documents you need to provide. Ill provide updates on your loan status, answer your questions, and be by your side every step of the way.My excitement for helping clients is evident when I talk with them. Im always learning about my industry so I can provide valuable insights, such as what makes rates move and whether it makes sense to pay points (most of the time it doesnt). I know the mortgage process can be stressful and time-consuming, so I will do my best to give you a smooth home loan experience.I grew up in Renton, Washington, graduated from Kentridge High School, and earned a bachelors degree from Seattle University a thousand years ago! My husband and I enjoy spending time with our grandkids, family, and close circle of friends. My spare time is spent with friends and family, golfing, pickle ball, and riding e-bikes.
