What if you found out too late the pitching advice your son has been given is dead wrong and even harmful to his future baseball career? Most youth, high school and even some college and pro coaches don't know what REALLY creates velocity, but we at the Spokane Pitching Academy do. In as little as 4-5 lessons, your son could add 5-10 MPH on his fastball, improve command, and reduce stress on his pitching arm. Don't waste practice time working on drills such as long toss, the infamous "towel drills," throwing weighted baseballs or gaining velocity in the weight room. It's all about explosive mechanics.
