Poor customer service - Excellent food - Tonight was the last straw when we had to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes for our food to be delivered. This is an ongoing problem. We have ordered numerous times for the last couple of years only to have problems with our delivered food 80% of the time, Tonight when I called to inquire about my order I was told by the woman on the phone to take my business elsewhere - so I will be doing exactly what the spokesperson of this business is suggesting

My family and I always have a great time here. My vegetarian family members can order great food-and my wife and I can get whatever we want. The food is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The drinks are excellent.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and was very disappointed. The complimentary soup was inedible. The little egg rolls were filled with something like a meat paste, no vegetables detected, tough wrappers - but at least edible. The shrimp with garlic sauce we looked at, smelled, and discarded without tasting. The Generals chicken tasted steamed and the breading was gummy - discarded. Mongolian beef - the beef was pretty good, the broccoli (my favorite veg) was spoiled and overcooked. Combination fried rice- the pork and rice were fine, vegetables were Veg-All out of a can and the shrimp were about the size of brine shrimp. Lots of ordinary white rice was included, and it all arrived in good time with a pleasant delivery person. The person who took our order was also pleasant and helpful. I did call and complain and was told the manager would contact me - that didn't happen.

i have been a fan of this chain for years but this food taste like it was massed produced. service sucked nice enough building in downtown hillyard.hope they can get better waitstaff . and fast ticket times love the tables by the bus station comfiy will not be back this year wish you the best.
