Melissa's wonderful dinner she does beautiful work but I think she's gotten greedy I think she's got a legal Insurance practice is going on and dealing going on they want to charge me for two sets of teeth and I haven't even received one they build the state for one I never received that one she can't keep good help

Melissa is a wonderful dentist her front office staff leaves a lot to be desired she can't seem to find anyone to cover the office that's any good. I do believe that Cricket billing procedures are now in effect when I met her ten years ago she wasn't greedy crooked or your legal I think she should be looked into now a set of teeth that only needed to be fitted because I moved out of state now I have to be completely rebuilt at full price so that every two sets of teeth paid for she's good but she's not that good I'm highly disappointed in the way she's conducting her business and I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau how many times do you get paid for one set of teeth. Melissa makes beautiful dentures but I think we paid for too many of our trips out of state out of country and I think the state of checking your billing practices and be careful your beautiful teeth May cost you way more than you could have paid somewhere else very unhappy with the way this last year I'm working on one set of teeth has gone.

Melissa is great, but not so good at hiring help. The secretary / billing person is not very pleasant (or smart for that matter) and likes to make you feel small and unimportant. A mistake was made BY 'THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT' and by the time I got a bill (3 months later) it was past due and if I didn't make a payment right then it would got to collections. HUH? It was to late to send it to MY insurance by then - and trying to work out a payment schedule was a nightmare. "We have been more than patient with you" ETC. How consending can you be? It was Your fault for billing Medicare!! Everyone knows Medicare won't pay for dentures and if your in the business you should know that. DUH!!!
