I was in and out quickly. I had an appointment with Mikayla and then a routine check up. I am always treated like a person and not a number. From the front desk staff, the scheduling staff, the billing staff and the providers, I am treated professionally and with a smile, everyone that I have spoken with is more than willing to help. Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. My waiting time was minimal. I had no pain during the procedure. I was impressed with a follow-up call the next morning from the nurse and personal call from my doctor at 8:30 pm. The nurse who removed my stitches did a fantastic job. I never felt any discomfort. My ear is healing well. No problems!

This was my first experience with a dermatologist. I went in to seek treatment for acne and hyperpigmentation/acne scarring. All the staff were very polite and efficient, and Jeanie was very patient in taking the time to answer all my questions. The medications that she prescribed are working really well and I'm very happy with the entire experience.

Scott Arendt was professional in every way. Surgery for me seemed routine. I was "at ease" thru out procedure. Healing went well without any complications.

I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early, but was taken to the treatment room as soon as I sat down in the waiting area. Jeanne Ellern, PA-C, treated me for possible skin issues. She biopsied two sites painlessly. She was GREAT. I am waiting for the results of the biopsies. She also scheduled me for a BLU-U treatment on Jan. 19th. However I had to change it to February 12th due to a conflict. The scheduling person was VERY helpful and VERY personable.

I arrived for my appointment and was taken right to the examination room. I was seen in about two minutes and received treatment and exam. I was totally satisfied and made appointments for myself and my wife for follow up exams.

Jeanne was thorough and personal. My 2 young children were with me and she took the time to interact with them and even listened them tell her about what we were reading about. Jeanne wanted to make sure I had all my needs met before leaving the appointment, I appreciated knowing she took the time to go beyond the reason for my visit.

I am really pleased with the quality of care I receive here. Dr. Sukut does exceptional work. His positive attitude and friendliness are very much appreciated. The nurses take obvious pride in their job, and the staff is very friendly. Why would you go anywhere else?

I recently had surgery at their surgery center for a deep squamous basil cell cancer in my leg. Their after care stinks. I am allergic to codeine so was not prescribed any after care pain medication and told to just elevate it , ice it and take Aleve and Tynelol, which didn't help at all. I called several times only to be told there was nothing else they could do. Next time, I will go to a hospital, as this was a deep wound and has has been far more painful than my C-section, or gall bladder operation.They seem to me to be more interested in pushing Botox, and their other face lift procedures, than being real doctors, Unfortunately they were they were the only dermos my present insurance covers.I will not go there again.

I have never had a problem with the dermatologist I've worked with- Dr. Hestdalen. She is down-to-earth, speaks with me and not too me, and has never tried to rush through my appointments. I am very happy that she is my doctor.However, I have been less than impressed with the office staff. No matter what time of day I call (and even after calling 4-8 times within a single day) I can never get a person to answer the office phone once the switchboard operator has transferred my call to the proper appointment and nurses' desk. The one time I had a message returned on time I got a snarky staff member on the other line, and the other messages were not returned within the same day. I work in the medical profession myself and fully realize that things come up- hence I am continually patient with the receptionists and nurses, but I'm tired of never getting reasonably prompt assistance when I call.Instead of getting elevator music to listen to when you are placed on hold by Advanced Dermatology, you get to listen to advertisements for skin care products and surgical procedures. I understand that a business has to make money somehow, but subjecting its customers to sales pitches for cellulite removal procedures and wrinkle reducer laser treatments is unprofessional.

RIP OFF! Don't ever use this place they will rip you off. I went to see them for a routine check up and isn't it amazing they found a little spot on my eyelid that they said didn't look right. I told them that it had been there all of my life and I had another doctor tell me that it was nothing. Even after my assurance that it had been there all of my life they insisted on doing a biopsy just to make sure. I asked if my insurance would cover this and they said "no problem it will be covered". There is no doubt they did this for the money. When the pathology report came back I even had to call a week later to get the results. Everything was normal imagine that. That wasn't the end of it I got a bill for over $600 that my insurance wouldn't cover. When I called them to discuss the charge that I was assured would be covered. There response was there was "no way that they would know without someone from there office calling my insurance company" I asked them you mean someone would have had to actually do there job? They insisted that I should be the one that should know if my insurance would cover it. I feel that I was misled and I was forced into having a procedure that I didn't need and I was lied to. I will never go there again and I will do my very best to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.
