Constructed in 1892 as the Carlyle Hotel, the Carlyle is a provider of residential and assisted living care to individuals over 18 years of age. Located in Spokane, Wash., the facility features 72 furnished air-conditioned rooms with kitchenettes, bathrooms and showers.
