Not delivering packages. I have gone down 3 times in the last two weeks to pick up packages that I paid delivery for. Tomorrow will be my 4th trip. Each trip is 1 1/2 hour drive round trip. I have a business and am expecting supplies, and the guy just fills in emergency or severe weather condition as excuse for not delivering. There hasn't been a storm in 3 weeks and this is a county maintained road in good shape right into my driveway. I was told by a supervisor at customer service that they were just behind, but got a notice yesterday about a pkg that was going to be returned to supplier if I didn't pick it up. Lived here 25 years and never had a problem before with UPS. Do NOT send your pkgs UPS. They frankly don't care about service you paid for!!!!!

Worst I have ever encountered, The most rude people are UPS People. Have to go FedEx or USPS if you want caring people.
