      What a treasure we have right here in Spokane Valley. My husband surprised me with a couples massage and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had... and we've been to a lot of spas. The office staff was very friendly and the massage therapists were very very good. Next time we will add the hot rocks and maybe a side by side pedicure. We'll definitely be back to the BrickHouse.

      Unfortunately my worst day spa experience ever!!! Angela was my massage tech and she seemed to be performing a scripted routine rather than seeking issue areas within my muscles for trouble spots and focusing on them as I had asked. Five minutes into my 90 minute service I knew it was a waste of my time and money...she did not have the touch of a experienced or gifted, tuned in massage therapist. On the other hand, the tech who performed my facial had a great touch for massage but was a little heavy handed for my preferred facial experience. After this second 90 minute experience I was extremely disappointed that my skin did not have the extraordinary hydrated, rested appearance that I am accustomed to experiencing after a facial using Eminence products. I do not know if the problem was what she used or how she applied it. I would not recommend or return to this day spa as I had so looked forward to my spa experience and was very disappointed with the quality of my services.
