terrible they are so cold and don't seem to care about your loved ones the supervisor there would not want to here about my concerns seems my mother had no quality of life so why not let her just die made me feel so wonderful don't help her just let her die

TERRIBLE. They act like you do not know your loved one, push their beliefs on you, do not research your loved ones files which end up with your loved one getting medications that are harmful to your loved ones unique medical condition. The supervisor there is arrogant and will meet your complaint or concern with her resume stats that somehow prove her incompetence is warranted. These ppl are understaffed, and the only good thing about this place is the Physical therapy dept. This supposed 5 star facility is more like 1 star prison.
