HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We had a crew of 10 men we were paying an hourly wage, ready to disperse our concrete for a very large project. The delivery driver ran off the road and into the ditch on the way to our house, about a mile away. We sent our crew up to help dig the driver out, which ended up being a lost cause. He was driving far too fast for the road conditions, and knew he should have chained up because we heard him discussing his negligence on the phone. When we called the office to see if they would be willing to work with us on the price since their negligence had literally cost us hundreds of dollars in labor (and since OUR workers had helped dig the truck out on our dime), Jim, apparently well known at other local concrete companies for his poor reputation, not only refused to compensate or even APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience, but informed us we may be paying the entire original cost (even though the truck never made it to the site and we never got our concrete!!) We made numerous attempts to contact a supervisor, nobody ever returned our calls. Two of our neighbors have had similar issues with this company. Central Pre mix will price match this company, so save yourself the headache and just call them first. They literally saved the day for us!!
