Our apartments are conveniently located near highway I90. We are also within close proximity of The Spokane Valley Mall & several delicious restaurants! Also, if you are looking for a bus route close by, we have that too and a park and ride just down Indiana Avenue. Plus, we’re only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Spokane as well. We are also a gated community with heated, snow-melt driveways, breakfast-on-the-go every other Thursday at the front gate, outdoor basketball court and picnic & bbq area, 24 hour fitness center, brand new Wii Fitness room, friendly staff here 7 days a week, 24/7 maintenance staff and a wonderful newly remodeled clubhouse with a flat screen & pool table!
