Hired them to remodel a house for us and was the most horrific and expensive experience ever. 25% over budget and 3 months late! Gene simply tells you whatever he thinks you want to hear. His son Jim quit in the middle of our project and left many things unfinished and done incorrectly. This would be a terrible choice for anyone wanting a good experience with building or remodeling a home in the lakes area !!! Don not believe the ads about making your dreams come true as it is more like having your worst nightmare and having to pay for it for 20 years !
