The food is great, as always. But the servers are pretty much clueless! It took over a half an hour, just to have our order taken! Then, my son ordered a grilled cheese and wanted hushpuppies instead of fries, the waitress came back out and said they couldn't do that. the kids menu only comes with fries. However, the menu states that the kids plates comes with a side item, (not specified to only fries) and there were several items to choose from on the sides..The owner then blames his son because he made the menues wrong and said that at the other location, the servers would substitute several items and they weren't supposed to and they lost a lot of money. Really? What happened to treating your customer right? They didn't do anything to try and make it right either!
