Annie Custer is an outstanding doctor. She is remarkably knowledgeable and kind. There is no one who has ever tended to my cats with more skill. Annie helped me to put the 2 Maine Coons and the wonderful adopted Himalayan & Ragdoll "to their final rest" with love & compassion when their time was there. And she held me during those dreadful days. I would follow Dr. Annie anywhere, but will not stay at Spencer Vet. I am moving my 2 adopted girl cats to another practice because, on the last 2 visits, they were treated unkindly by the "people who work in the back room." I asked to be with them during vaccinations & nail clippings, but was told "we do not allow that." They came out trembling & spitting phlegm. The practice at Spencer Vet no longer puts love & compassion above profit. This is not instituted by Dr. Annie. Nor, I believe, can she control it. But the safety of my 2 adopted girl cats is without value. So we are moving to Dr. Barbara tomorrow.
