Woodland Heights Elementary School is a coeducational institution that provides academic instruction to more than 450 students in grades four through five. The school has a team of counselors who provide classroom guidance lessons that emphasize on character and safety education, crisis management and violence prevention. It offers an accelerated reader program that is used to monitor and guide reading practice of students and help them in improving reading abilities. The school offers a range of academic courses, such as art, health, communication skills, math, science, social studies, technology and physical education. Woodland Heights Elementary School is a part of Spartanburg School District Six and is located in Spartanburg, S.C.
