Aweful service, I was stranded and they were late. They said it was due to being busy after the holiday. 2 hours later I called them back and they said the truck driver had forgotten about me!! Stranded for over 3 hours!! Cancelled and called another towing company that was able to get to me in less than 15 min. Would not recommend this company.

The best in town! Great service and the driver was very helpful after dropping my vehicle off! Great rates also. Highly recommended this company!

I would give them a zero if I could. Bait and switch operation, and unapologetic about it. They got their money from me but I should have had them take my car off of the tow truck and call someone else.

My towing experience with TCB was very positive. The driver (name unknown) was timely, professional, courteous and friendly. He rigged up my vehicle quickly, securely, with expertise and delivered it safe & sound without a scratch. He even took pictures beforehand for documentation. He did, however, neglect to tell me of the 6% credit card charge and did not give me a receipt. But overall a positive and satisfying experience.

They towed my daughter's car and they were so nice, and WOW that high tech flat bed tow truck was really nice. Felt comfortable knowing her Lexus was safe on it's way safely to be Greenville to be repaired. I thought their fee was very reasonable too. Thank you!
