Had a wonderful experience. Found everything I was looking for at great price. Employees offered lots of help. Would recommend to all parents

I went in this store last week and was totally amazed at the store. I would recommend this store to anyone. As far as what the lady said earlier, I did not encounter any negative feedback. The level of service and commitment is outstanding because they know what they are looking for and have a vast knowledge of their service field.

Can I give them zero stars? How hired these girls? Visited February 2016 before the store opened and I was thrilled a consignment shop made it to Spartanburg, but I was sadly disappointed. Terrible customer service! I would guess that there was 5 or 6 girls working and all but one was rude! I was talking to the black girl trying to have a friendly conversation when she looked straight at me and didn't even respond! I will gladly drive all the way to Whippersnappers in Greenville where i usually go. At least they have friendly service and give me a fair amount for my items. I will not be returning and will make sure every mom I know, knows to avoid this place. All of the employees looked completely miserable like they wanted to blow their brains out, maybe they should consider a different career field if this line of work is making them be complete bitches to customers.
