I was in the store on 07/10/14 and Hans, a member of management in that store was very rude. He placed his hand in my face and told me to "shut up, this has nothing to do with you!" After attempting to leave the store, this man stood in my way preventing me from leaving. He even laughed about it. His punishment, they talked to him. They want me to come in the store and get the items that he refused to price match and they want to go over their couponing and price matching policy with me. Really? This man attempted to intimidate me, however, management wants me to come and sit down so that they can explain the policies to me? It seems like I'm going to be the one that reprimanded. NEVER will I EVER go to this store again. He gets to intimidate another woman another day. Shame on you Office Depot!
I always go to Office Depot for supplies like paper, pens, pencils, etc. And I never leave disappointed. It always has what I'm looking for and more. The employees are helpful.
