Saleslady, April was great, Measuring was professional, Installation was good with backsplash problem. Follow up, an know it all rude person was sent to try to dissuade me on a fix. name Tim. Called and said they would cut a new piece but it would be a while as he was not going to waste his time for one piece to fix.

Would like to share my experience on google, cause this company did an awesome job. A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have been looking to get granite countertops for me and my wife for quite some time. I had gone to several places to get prices and to get an idea of what this project would cost. After several awful experinces I had just about given up on it completely! I happened to stop by East Coast granite and tile and after meeting Jay I realized that our "dream kichen" would be affordable and actually possible!! From the start he was very professional and by far beat all the other quotes I had recieved. East Coast made it so simple to do business with. I had my kitchen within 3 days!!! I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to all East Coast Granite staff!!

Great job over all. In 3 days job was completed compare to lowes 2-3 weeks turn around time. And 25% cheaper compare to lowes and home depot. Will recommend them anytime.

The granite looks great but it took over a month for them to complete the job.Way to slow.
