These people are completely careless and does not help there patients when they need it. My aunt has had to deal with them for about 6 months to a year, and she told me that they neglected the patient (my baby cousin of 10yrs) She has to have specific shoes made, from what they told us. They also said that they would email us all the information in order for us to go and get everything she needs before school starts. She had to wait 10 days and then I asked her why they waited for so long with out calling them back about not receiving a detailed email and she said because the doctor told her not to call them they would call her. He also lied and said he emailed all the information needed to the shoe store called astepahead. They make shoes for people with feet problems and disabled people. And when I found out about the doctor not contacting my aunt via email I called the shoe store and they said they never received and email either. These people are liars, dishonest, and careless.

Jeff is a great surgeon and gave me hope after I had been lied to by another so called foot specialist. He is willing to talk with you and answer any questions or concerns you have. Highly recommend!

Dr Loveland is a great Dr. I broke my calcanius nd talis in my right foot in february of 2012, and seen another Dr. Had one surgery to fix the problem and the bones did not heal, so I went to Dr Loveland and had to have another surgery. Dr loveland had to put a external fixure on my foot and leg to keep it from moving so it would heal right, and so far things are going good. I still have the device on and look forward to it coming off soon, but he has been an excellent Dr answering questions and taking the time at office visits he never trys to rush you out like other do, he takes all the time you need and is very caring. For me he has been a life saver and with him i will be walking agian very soon. If you have anything with your foot or ankle he is the one to see you will not be disapointed. Thank you Dr Loveland.

Very knowledgable and caring doctor with a helpful staff. The doctor took time to explain my condition to me in great detail. He took time to answer all my questions and I felt better when I left his office. I will recommend him to my friends and family
