THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES AND BLAME YOU FOR IT!!!!!! I dropped off a silk dress to be cleaned on a Thursday evening at their Wantage location. My ticket said it would be ready the following Wednesday. The attendant and I went over the dress and she marked with blue tape the 2 dried food spots that were on the dress. I went to pick it up that Wednesday and was told that they couldn't clean it because there was a hole in it! They rubbed a hole trying to get the food spot off of it!!!! They marked the spots in yellow tape. They didn't bother to call me...just let me pick up my dress on the scheduled day! I told the attendant that they put the hole in it and she right away handed me the business card with the Sparta location on it and wrote the owners name and told me to call him....Sammy. I did the next morning and he said that his people didn't do it and that he gets this all the time!!! He stands by his people!!!!! I wish I could attach the pictures of the dress...you can see that there is no food spot, a hole and the fabric is puckered in an oval'ish shape from the chemicals they used to rub out the spot!!!!

The owner and staff at Sussex Cleaners are polite and accommodating. They live by the rule that the customer is always right and they treat each customer with attention to detail.
