If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use K9 Koncepts. I think that they are unprofessional to work with. They seem to value getting money for your training above anything else.

K-9 concepts kenneled our two Maltese dogs while we were out of town and they were fabulous. The dogs came home happy and healthy. The customer service is also wonderful. They can also groom your dogs during the stay which we did not take advantage of but will in the future. The Dzwonczyks
