I paid for overnight service. It took 5 days to arrive. 3 of those days the package sat within 10 minutes of the delivery address. The company needs to take accountability, I understand weather can cause logistic issues, however, I have spent over an hour with customer service on the phone and they refuse to let me pay for what I received and reimburse me for what I didn't. This is a terrible company with horrible morals and customer service. I will never choose UPS again.

My friend was just told by UPS his package was delayed due to weather conditions. We have spring like weather in Sparks and Yerington. If you just ran out of time, or what ever the issue was just say so, there is no need to lie to your customers! Now he paid for overnight delivery and that is not what he got, and UPS owes him postage he paid for nothing.

I am quite upset with UPS as we did use them a lot. They deliver packages to my address every other week sometimes more. They delivered a package on Tuesday last week and by Friday of the same week my address did not exist. That tells me that either the driver was lazy and didn't look for the address which is very visible on the mail box or the driver didn't want to work any longer that day. Therefore I have to drive over 20 miles to the nearest UPS facility to pick this up. Never have a problem with Fed Ex and am considering dropping UPS totally.

It is too bad the UPS is not able to open the gate (five tall) to our front walk. Thus, the driver THROWS our packages over the gate. All the driver had to do was press the latch and walk and additional 30 feet to our front door. No regard for our packages. This has happened THREE time this month. We carefully shovel our steps and walk, so there is no snow or ice to impede the driver.

Live in Reno, NV. Today at 4:10 I realized that UPS had not yet shown up to deliver overnight check from Ia ING. I paid $20 two days ago to get overnight delivery. UPS usually delivers by 3:30 I called the complex office to see if UPS left anything there for me. Then I saw the UPS truck go by. Called office again they said the driver was there. The driver got on the phone and said he was leaving everything at the office instead of delivering and he had nothing for me. He was late and had to go make his pickups and said if he found it later he'd bring it by this evening. He HUNG UP on me as I started to ask if I could go to the Sparks, NV UPS center pick it up. My credit union is closed from 5 pm today until Monday so I cannot get gasoline to go share Thanksgiving with my family in California and that aggravates me greatly. $20 for overnight letters sent by a major financial institution. 2nd failure in six months and no recourse. Boycott, I say.

Three times in the last year their drivers couldn't find my address even though the house has been here for 20 years. Perhaps the altitude affects their brain when they come from Sparks up to Truckee. I'm asking anyone I do business with to avoid UPS shipments to me.

It appears UPS can't deliver, citing "emergency conditions" when amazingly Fed Ex was able to make it to out house the very same day. This has happened numerous times. I've started asking companies to NOT use UPS, as they can't seem to get their packages delivered. I didn't have the option of giving no stars.

IF THEIR WAS A CHOICE I'D PUT NO STARS AT ALL .I took the day off from work to wait for my package and not a single person or delivery truck .Then I call to see what's going on and they tell me that the attempt was made but no one was home so now its being shipped back to sender ....? What happens to my hard earned money that I paid for this big delivery and never got because a lazy worker ...so I wait for a call from ups now to see what they can do while my package gets sent back to sender that took 10 days to get to me ....what a waist of my time ...
I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS, BUT A PROBLEM HAS DEVELOPED. THE TWO PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED IN THE LAST WEEK, WERE "JUST LEFT" (ABANDONED) AT THE FRONT DOOR. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE "KNOCK" ??? WE WERE HOME BOTH TIMES. MATTER OF FACT, I AM SOMEWHAT HANDICAPPED, IT IS UNUSUAL THAT I AM NOT AT HOME. I WOULD APPRECIATE A REPLY. SINCERELY, PAUL S. BOWEN
