I would put zero if I could for rating. My sister rented a storage unit from this place for her personal items as well as for my parents' possessions who was waiting to move to a new place after retirement. We moved items into the unit in Oct 2010, filling almost it to the brim. My sister even availed of their "excellent" alarm service so we were confident that our belongings were safe and secure. In Feb 2011 they went to the storage unit to retrieve some items that they needed...to their surprise, the lock was broken and when they opened, the whole storage was RANSACKED! only a couple of boxes left and af framed family pictures that were broken! Apparently, their security system showed that an illegal entry was made in NOV 2010 (1 month after we opened) BUT they failed to notify my sister about it. They said they did not want their customers to "panic"!! What an outrage! Bec of the length of time that had passed, there were no more videos of the incident. SHAMEFUL!!!
