I have had such wonderful experiences with this credit union that I have closed all of my actual bank accounts and I'm using Mountain America exclusively for all of my banking needs. They always remember my name and even my account number. Samantha is the best. She is very fast and accurate with complex issues. Every other employee are wonderful too and all of them remember my name and are very good at their jobs and a joy to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone. You have never had a banking experience like with Mountain America Credit Union before. They are very fast. I've never had to wait in line for more than a minute. They are always cheerful and happy to see their customers. I'll never use a large regular bank again.
