      The Terelak team is hands down the best insurance agency ever. When my husband and I met with Michelle several years ago, she was so nice and did everything she could to keep our rates as low as possible, including giving us any discounts we qualified for. Since then, we have moved out of state, back into state, etc. and they are always so great with changin over our plans, finding the best rates, providing renters insurance, etc. They go well above and beyond. I hardly ever write reviews but I am just so satisfied with their care that I had to share. They have been numerous occasions where I was in a bind and needed something done from them, and they are always so nice and happy to do anything for you, and not waste any time doing it. I highly recommend The Terelak Team...you will not be disappointed! K&Z Johnson

      I was born and raised in Sparks, Nevada, earned my bachelor’s at the University of Nevada, and I chose to raise my family here, too. This is a great community where people lend a hand and live a good, healthy lifestyle. And I work on doing the same. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2015, and I count myself a survivor. I stay active biking, camping and running with my family and volunteering at the schools where my two girls attend. I’m a lot like a momma bear. And not just in my personal life. After six years as a stay-at-home mom, I became an insurance agent in 2003 and built an agency from scratch. I’ve staffed my agency with two dedicated claims managers who help customers from a tender, loving care perspective when they file a claim—a decision that isn’t the norm. But I’m proud to be running a business where our level of care is what sets us apart.
