I purchased my quartz from another local supplier/fabricator. That supplier was supposed to do the quartz fabrication and installation. I received their fabrication quote and paid their requested 50% deposit.

After paying the install deposit, I was told it would be at least another 2 weeks before they could come out and measure.

I searched for another fabricator and found Granite Perfection. I called and spoke with Dave, the owner of the company. I explained the situation. Dave said they would pick up the quartz from the original company and get someone out to measure right away.

An employee was sent out the following day to measure and start the fabrication process. The fabrication process was completed as promised and the install was immediately scheduled. The install went flawlessly. Dave sent out 5 guys and they completed this LARGE install in hours. The entire project was measured, fabricated and installed within a week. The original company could not even have the measuring completed in that time.

Here's the kicker - Granite Perfection's price was over 30% less that the original installer's price.

Granite Perfection was professional, prompt and the work was impeccable. They were flexible and the price could not be beat.

Great company to work with. I am the DIY kind of guy. Like doing thing on my own. Bought a slab and had Granite Perfection fabricate it for me. I discussed the install with Dave and he was very informative. When I got the fabricated pieces home I mishandled one and broke it in two. I called and talked to Dave. He told me to bring it in and he would make things right. I travelled the 3.5 hours and next morning met Dave at the shop. He immediately dropped what he was doing and got on my piece. He was able to repair it and I was back on the road within an hour. I thought for sure I was going to have to buy another piece and go through the fabricating again. Not the case. Dave really bailed me out of this mistake. And the mistake was all mine. Before sending me home, Dave went over the install process and handling of the delicate piece. He even lent me several items to make the job easier. Just can not say how impressed I am with Dave and Granite Perfection.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the quality, professionalism, and service we received from Granite Perfection!!! We have spent 2 months remodeling 3 bathrooms and our kitchen, and they are THE ONLY company that showed up on time, and finished the job when they said they would. They had to completely fabricate 2 huge sheets of raw slab for our kitchen for us in one week. The guys were all wonderful and kind to work with, they worked soooo hard to finish my jobs on time, and their work is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!



I had gotten quotes from 3 other granite companies, and I am so glad I chose to work with Dave and Trisha. The other companies were OUTRAGOUS with their prices, and Dave worked with me to make sure what I wanted fit within our budget. I was referred to Granite Perfection by the store I bought the granite from. I personally went in to show pictures of what areas needed to be done. I was quoted a price by the owner while in his office. The day of installation came and after a few minutes I was told by the installer an extra charge of $130 was to be added to original bid due to work not calculated at time of quote. To be brief, I said no and the crew was told by the owner to get the work done as fast as possible. I guess this meant not sealing the space between the granite and wall until I asked. One particular installer's demeanor was rude and pouty for some reason. He poorly represented the company and the owner seemed to portray a bait and switch approach to the cost. The granite itself is beautiful, but the touch up with the caulking was sloppy. That part of the work was done as fast as possible.. Easy fix though.

Late delivery. Product was good. When asked that they deliver the leftover granite with our order they failed to do so and are now holding our granite for a ransom of $200.00 to deliver it. It is too bad that their business ethics are not as good as their product they put out!

We had granite counter tops put in and loved the results. David and Trisha were very easy to work with. Very professional. They helped us with any issues we had and our kitchen looks awesome!

I have made several phones calls to them, I always talk to a lady who told me she will email me the quote for granite cutting I need as her husband came to my home 2 weeks ago to look at the project. I even called twice to confirm my email address with and requested for her to call me after she sends to confirm I received it,which she said would take place yesterday morning, nov. 11th I HAVE HEARD NOTHING, NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS, TAKING MINE ELSEWHERE...........

Kitchen remodel is a virtual nightmare but of ALL the contractors we had to deal with, Granite Perfection was the only company who came to the job when they said they would. We chose Granite Perfection to fabricate and install our kitchen and a bath because much of the countertop wasn't going to have a backsplash so It had to be cut very precisely.

There were also a very intricate piece that others seemed hesitant to attempt.

Larry (brother of the owner David) did the templating, David managed the layout and fabrication and Ron and crew did the installation. They did the install quickly and even cleaned up any dust they made.

In a previous installation we had a company with the latest "hi-tech" laser templating equipment do the fabrication and installation. Granite Perfection's hands on method came out as good if not better.

We highly recommend Granite Perfection, you won't be disappointed.

Great job! L & A showed up a few minutes early and got the job done quickly. Top notch work, great, competitive price. I'd use Granite Perfection again in a heartbeat.

I have to say that Granite Perfections was not so perfect on our job. They rescheduled twice, and when we said no the second time. they did show up. Everything seemed to go smooth until they got around the apron/farm sink. In order for them to level out the granite seam behind the sink they shoved shims into trim work around the front of the sink, my husband had spent "hours" on the night before. It would not have been so bad, if they had told us not to trim it out before they came, just in case they would have to shim it for the granite seam to line up correctly. But, they said nothing. The installer didn't even seem to care that he was shoving shims into the trim around the front of the sink. Sorry Granite perfections, this is imperfect. I give you two stars for the disrespect given to my husband's hard work. Then trying to blame the cabinet being not level... Plus they do not take credit cards. They charge an additional 4percent.

Granite perfection is exactly what their name depicts -- perfection! Working with David who gave us the bid and worked with the fabrication, the. Trisha who did all the scheduling, Larry who made the templates and the installers who went beyond to make sure we were pleased - they all went beyond and the outcome shows. Our granite is absolutely perfect - hence "granite perfection" says it all! Way to go to all of you!
