The entire project went as smooth as silk from beginning to end. The on-line process was very impressive. The only suggestion I had related to the on line process was in regards to making some of the jargon a little more descriptive for the laymen who have never been involved with the roofing business. I did have to call regarding some of the questions they ask during the initial interview, but staff there spent the time explaining things to us. Great job everyone!
