My experience was terrible. I bought this groupon online and made an appointment. I was not sure when it was so I called to follow up only to be told that I did not show up and missed it. Decent salon and spas, take their time to remind their customers of their upcoming appointment so as not to miss important things. Being multitaskers in this current world, one does need reminders and I appreciate those who give their time because you are that important to them! Well this place doesn't give a damn! It shows they have no commitment to their customers and has no plans to gain the respect of new clients!

For those who bought the Groupon deal, BEWARE!

If they ask for your groupon number, do not give it. Tell them you will bring it with you when you come in.

Establishments like this, I have no respect for and I hope they end up where angles dared not go......

Sharon has done a great job on my hair for the past year. She is always friendly to talk to and a nice person. I would definitely recommend her salon for anyone wanting to get their hair cut.
