I've been taking ballroom dance lessons from Jim Ballantine for about 3 years. His teaching techniques are fabulous. I have had lessons from other instructors but find I learn best from Jim. He teaches with patience and humor. My partner and I continually improve while having fun. Plus, we have met other couples and made some super friends.

Great opportunity to learn not only ballroom dance from a very qualified instructor, but also meet some wonderful new friends on Saturday nights and in class. Jim is a fantastic dancer himself and an enthusiastic instructor who gives one on one attention to detail and technique! Fun!

We have been taking dance lessons from Jim for over 10 months. Class sizes are small so consequently we receive very direct and immediate attention during class. Jim's love of dance and teaching shines through. Good humor all around!

This one wouldn't even let me through the door...I was interested in a BEGINNING quick step class and had to miss the first lesson because of a family emergency. After only one class I was called and informed that I was not welcome because too much ground was covered, in spite of a 10 year dance history in multiple other types of dancing. In all of the dance lessons over the years, I have never run into a studio that wouldn't allow beginning dancers in a beginning dance class! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I will gladly spend my money at other studios in town who actually encourage dancers to expand into new styles of dance.

We came in to learn some basic dances and are having so much fun, we have taken it to levels higher than 1. We want to learn them all. The teachers are awesome and they have great people that hang out there too. Saturday night 1 hour dance lessons are a great way to get your feet moving. Get out and dance
