Super rude. I suggest you find another orthodotist and staff that will treat you better for what you're paying for

The staff here is so rude! You have to wait a month (really 6-8 weeks) for your next appointment even if you are trying to simply reschedule. They are so busy all the time that they get lost in the number of patients. You will only have maybe 5 minutes with the dentist. Drag your bill out as long as you can because, as soon as you've paid your braces in full, you will receive even less attention.

I have never seen staff so rude, they may want to call themselves dental assistants but they need to wake up and learn that being a secretary means polite and courteous. Your clientelle may be welfare people on bad times with this economy does not endow the staff of this dump to treat human beings like trash.

If you want a dentist that is family friendly then go elsewhere and avoid this place like the plague. I bring in my toddler like I have for over a year and I use his playpen to keep him out of trouble. And in walks this I assume either a secretary or a dentist and asks me to just hold the toddler (easier said then done) and not use the playpen since they have limited space. I could understand that if they were busy but they had an empty lounge room with only 2 other people there. With over a dozen chairs and we were only using up 4 spaces in the corner while another 10 chairs were vacant. My suggestion for them is take a course on customer care!
