Although the listing said free estimates, he asked for $70 after being here about 20 minutes. At no time did he say that the free estimate was over and the charges were accumulating. He was not familiar with the automatic system we had. We have a leak in our system and rather than discuss finding the leak, he just came up with reasons to explain it away. He did arrive prompty.
