I went to get a Feeling and now I need a bridge, So I went from $65 to a $880 My husband has perfect straight teeth and they told him that he needed braces I regret going to this Dentist never Going back again I regret going to this Dentist the place is dirty the floors are dirty

I went into absolute off south mccarran to get my top wisdom teeth pulled. the dentist didnt numb me enough and i felt him pull out the last tooth. IT gets worst! Its been a month and i have been in soo much pain i still have to eat soft food. after a week i went back into the office because of the pain, the doc looked in my mouth for only a second said everything was fine and gave me more pain meds. another week goes by and im still in pain, so i go back AGAIN and explain that im in alot of pain, he AGAIN says everything is fine and gives me more pain meds and sends me on my way. last sat. I pulled out a piece of my tooth and it started gushing blood, was still in pain! so i called absolute in a panic and they turned me away saying if i was still in pain to come back monday! So i called a different location, the one off Keystone, went in they said everything was fine and gave me MORE pain meds and sent me out. I was so pissed by then and i knew something wasnt right so i called Champagn family dentist, went in, told them the whole story, the doctor actually took more x-rays and examined my mouth and turns out that Absolute dental cut out tissue that shouldnt have been cut! and it might not heal correctly! now i have to go back to champagne in a couple weeks to get the problem fixed. not to mention absolute was very rude and dirty. I will never go there again!

When I was having a root canal done, at Absolute Dental this year I had a horrible experience that I am still dealing with. Once the dentist had set me in the chair and gave me some numbing shots, which didn't numb anything. When I told the dental assistant that I could still feel everything, so said "No you can't" and proceeded with the procedure without any kind of anesthesia which was one of the most painful experiences of my life. Once they had cut me open, they all just left for about 15 minutes with my open wound left out in the open air. When they came back in they all smelled of cigarettes and began their work again as if nothing had happened. I told them then that I can smell the smoke on the hands and I wanted them to go wash their hands before they performed surgery on me, I got dirty looks and no response. Needless to say I have gotten bills that were 3 times the amount of the bill they first told me it would be. They charged me twice for the same root canal on the same tooth (which is $1300 each) and they refuse to admit their mistake and change the bill to be correct. Now I have had a massive tooth infection from their unclean practices. Absolute Dental refuses to do any more work on the tooth they screwed up on without being paid. Obviously I would not go back and pay them any more to infect me again and send me more mystery bills. Nobody at the office will return my calls. My infection got so bad that it spread to my blood and I had to be hospitalized (haven't got that bill yet, but it will be around $3000 hopefully not more). I had to go to another dentist and when they operated on my tooth they said that the previous dentist had not even properly removed all of the root of my tooth or properly closed the wound. Needless to say Absolute Dental should be shut down for it's unclean practices and unlawful billing practices. Please save yourself a headache and don't go there! I still have a $4800 bill from Absolute Dental that they have sent to collections now because refuse to pay it.

The people at absolute dental are very nice, but as far as dental work i would highly NOT RECOMMEND absolute dental. I've gotten quite a bit of work done and almost everytime either the dentist wouldnt wait long enough for me to go numb, or he didnt use enough...that and because he juggles multiple patients at once, he'd be gone so long that I'd have to be re-numbed!! (and who willingly would like to get shots in the mouth more than once?!?!?) And what was even more horrible, was that i could hear the other patients next door crying in pain because they were going through the same thing as me! On top of that he had to re-do one of my crowns. All in all these dentists seem to bite off more then they can chew.

I just went here to get and schedule a herps and braces. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! No dentist has been that nice or fast. Thank you sooooooooooooooo much Abolute Dental! I hope to see you soon. :)

I am usually a very anxious dental patient, but the staff at Absolute Dental understood, and put me at ease. I will continue to come here in the future for my dental work.

Every member of my family had dental work done here and each of us had problems that suraced later ... such as drilling before the tooth is numb, caps falling off, fillings falling out, etc. And if that's not bad enough, wait until you hear this: Don't be in a hurry when you make an appointment. They stack them. During my typical 45 minute wait, I overheard the gal making appointments on the phone. She made 4 appointments for the same day and time. There are just two dentists here and usually just one working at a time. After your 45 to 60 minute wait to be called in, you'll enjoy the next hour watching your dentist bounce back and forth between all the patients he's stacked up. And then there's the billing mistakes. It's amazing to me that this place is still in business. If you don't care much about your teeth and the quality of your dentist is not an issue and you have a lot of time on your hands, this is the dentist for you!
