The owner makes you pay up front and then calls every week at the last minute to change the time, or the day, or to cancel...once she just didn't show up. When she does show up she is late and will leave early. I'm a parent trying to work around 4 people's schedules. The unprofessionalism with being on time is just not fair. When I finally had enough of her cancelling and asked for a refund of the classes not used, first she agreed...then she refused citing a "no refund policy". I would never recommend this place to anyone.
