One of the mechanics place the clip on the fuel filter in the wrong place which caused the gas line to come off the filter. I called and they immediately sent someone out to my home to fix the problem. I did not have to haggle or complain. A very courteous mechanic came and fixed the problem, explained what had happened, and apologized for the hassle.
