General Info

I have been inspecting professionally since 2005. I am thorough and personable. I am nationally certified, and licensed with Utah State. I am insured. I will complete the inspection and write a comprehensive report that is specific to your building. You are welcome to accompany me during the inspection. I am familiar with the limitations of the Buildng Code. (Buildings can only be expected to maintain the building code for the time period in which they were built in)
