      Product is good, Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! The lady that answers the phone is rude and very VERY Unprofessional!!!!!! If they would get rid of her they will get more service, word of mouth in Spanish Fork is as good as the Press! Go to Window World! Thanks to the peach who answers the phone.cm
