I did not have the best service with this agency. They push to have you sign with a high commission rate. I took a rate mid-point. While the realtor was fine and I feel did a good job, the owners were less than supportive. I called and got one of the owners and asked a question....they actually told me that since I didn't chose a high commission rate that I wasn't a priority.
