Worst experience ever!!!! Will never return here!!! Had a face wax and left in tears. The tech was incredibly rough and pulling on my ears to turn my head. It felt like applicator was a broken tongue depressor and was just slapped on my face and jabbed against my lips!!! Horrible!!!!

Buyer beware - the salon was very accommodating for a couple of walk-ins. The manicure with shellac was done very well, and the mani/pedi for my 6yr old was nice. The problem arised when I found out the tech had added on art to fingers and toes without checking with me first. Be sure to clearly state exactly what should be done up front.

Nail salons are a dime a dozen - seemingly, you can find one in every strip mall. While most do an efficacious job in twenty minutes or less, the trick is finding a manicurist that treats her job as a craft. Linda, whose Vietnamese name is Tao, does just that. She takes her time and does a superb job. Every manicure that she has given me is not only flawless, but lasts a minimum of ten days and sometimes, up to two weeks. She is the best I have ever encountered and that's saying a lot! Go to Nail Palace and ask for Linda (I call her Tao because after all, that's her name!). You'll be delighted.

I came into the salon today to get nail art done for a charity I am running. I asked to get a polish change at which point the lady told me she would only give me a manicure if I wanted my polish changed. I agreed as she Dias it would take only 15 minutes. I tried a few rimes to show her the picture of what nail art I wanted. She igored me a fee times after I directly looked at her and pointe to the picture. I figured maybe there was a language barrier. After she starte. To paint my nails the wrong color and nothing I selected, I asked her if she could paint them the right color. I counted, and after I asked her 3 time to change the color I started getting irritated. All I could rgibknof at thi point was maybe she couldn't hear but she was speaking in another language to the other employees saying "color change" in an angry voice. After she finished, she said what art do u want. I showed her the picture at which point she laughed and said it was to hard. If I had wanted a manicure with black nail polish, which I never actually selected, i would have asked fo that. I told her I was unhappy and tried to explain why. This next part is what compeled me to wrote thi review. She raised her voice at me an said "I don't want customers like you...never come back here again!!!" I was completly shocked and all the customers in the shop looked shocked. One lady was shaking her head at the employee and another employee appologized for her. I can't believe a company who treats customers this way would sty in business. I have goin there on and off for 2 years but I will go out of my way to never have to go there again. They not only are disrespectful and rude to customers but the quality of work is terrible and bot at all close to what I asked for.
