When I brought in a pair of $120 jeans to be hemmed using the selvage (so they look like jeans and not hemmed pants) I was told by the person at the counter that they could do it. When I went to pick them up, it turned out that the owner decided he wasn't going to do it they way the customer (me) requested it. So, they basically ruined a nice pair of $120 jeans. The "good news" for me is they decided not to charge me for the alteration. Not exactly great service. I won't be back and I certainly don't recommend them.
